This Fall is all about (re)igniting our Goddess and God Flames!

The second week of our FRESHFIT Fall Series was dedicated to building from our foundation as we focused on self-acceptance in the lifelong practice of gratitude. We'll continue to lay the framework for a healthy life during our third week and shift our focus to nourishment. This week is all about HYDRATION!

Wellness Challenge #2

This week’s Challenge is all about inviting Gratitude into our daily lives. Taking the time to observe and reflect on the things we’re thankful for can play a significant role in our well-being and overall satisfaction. With a daily Gratitude practice, we can begin to change our perception and shape the lives we want to lead!

Your Challenge: BOTTOM'S UP!

  • Once you wake up,  drink a glass of room temperature (or warm) water.

  • Continue to consistently drink half of your bodyweight in ounces for the remainder of the day! (Ex: If you weigh 170lbs, you should drink at least 85oz (10.6 cups or 2.5 L) of water consistently throughout the day)

  • Be intentional with hydrating your body EVERYDAY this week and keep note o show you feel!

  • NOTE: If you’re exercising or excessively sweating during the day, drink more water.

What You’ll Need: 

  • Dedicate a glass or bottle to your intentional hydration practice

  • Use a Notebook or your phone to log your water intake throughout the day

  • TIP: Feel free to infuse your water with fruits for taste and added benefits!

Virtual Classes

SWEAT. RELEASE. And RECHARGE with a range of GoddessFit by Jorré classes offered every week! With this virtual setting, you can build a strong body and even stronger mind out of the comfort of your own home! From Yoga to Boot Camp to Zumba and more, WE GOT YOU COVERED!


Class will take place on Wednesday, September 30th from 7:30pm - 8:30pm! Last week, we tapped into intentional self-acceptance with an intense FULL BODY workout. We're building from there. This week's class is a fat-burning, strengthening LOWER BODY Workout that will help us build strong bodies, and even stronger minds! For registration info, click the image to the left!


Class will take place on Thursday, October 1st from 7:00pm - 8:00pm! We're continuing on in letting go, letting loose and sweating it out in style through an empowering dance-workout based in hip movement and cultural authenticity. This is a safe space to RELEASE, SWEAT out all that does not serve you, and nourish your soul. Let's get those hips moving, sweat glistening and Goddess vibrations poppin'! The Virtual Session will be made available to all registrants on Sunday, Oct 4th at 6:00pm! We're continuing on in our practice of self-acceptance and leaning heavily into mindfulness of what we allow into our bodies . We'll focus on long-holding and fluid movements to stretch and remedy the muscles we've been using all week. Our intentional practice is designed to leave you feeling balanced and elevated. We know that our thoughts and our perception shape our health and our biology! But did you also know that we put into our bodies act in the same notion? Hydration is key to optimal health! bout 70% of our bodies are made up of water and when we deplete ourselves of this vital source, our dehydration can manifest physically, emotionally and mentally! Being mindful of our water intake will not only quench our thirst but nourish our bodies on so many levels.

And if that weren't' amazing enough, water also houses a plethora of healing properties. On a molecular level, water is an extremely adaptable carrier of information and because of this, is capable of receiving and storing energetic vibrations. Being the energetic, water-filled beings intrinsic to our biology, we're able to manipulate the vibrational energy of water! How cool is that?

Use this week's intentional hydration practice to invite abundance in to your life. By speaking positive affirmations into your water before drinking, you can literally absorb those vibrations. Try this throughout the day and take note of how you feel! With intention, we can begin to shape the lives we want to lead!
