This Fall is all about (re)igniting our Goddess and God Flames!

As we approach Thanksgiving, the opportune time to be intentional about what we put into our bodies, our week's theme revolves around Nutrition ! We’re exploring nutrition and diet as an act of self-preservation, disease prevention and self-care! Your diet and nutrition are explicitly linked to your overall health and wellbeing. The relationship you have with food directly translates to the relationship with yourself and all of our activities this week will empower you to pour into it. Read on to tap into the week’s energy and check out what all is in store!

Wellness Challenge #5

It’s time to give our Thanksgiving plates some color! Our challenge this week will provide a platform for healthy eating AND forming a fun, positive relationship with food!


  • Prep: During your Thanksgiving feast(s), I challenge you to create a plate that features all colors of the rainbow - heavy on the:

    • Greens (for detoxification); Oranges (for disease prevention); Reds (for heart health-and NO, cranberry sauce does not count); Whites (for immune support), Purples (for longevity) and Yellows (for beauty).

  • Tip: This challenge is all about what you CAN eat to elevate your health. Shifting focus from restriction or what you shouldn't be eating will only make this more difficult. Shift your perspective and watch the benefits multiply!

  • Tag us with your plates for a chance to be featured on our page!

M.O.V.E Release - Capoeira by Spence

Explore the importance of movement and our roots as we're introduced to the art of Capoeira, the unique Brazilian martial art form that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music with martial arts techniques.

We're excited to welcome back Spence Crosby of Building Physiques to the MOVE Club stage as he guides us through some basic movements of this empowering Afro-Brazilian art form in a session especially curated to release stale energy and stress and instill confidence within ourselves. Tap in!

GoddessFit Activator LIVE

Class will take place on Saturday, November 27th from 11:00am - 12:00pm! We’re going LIVE on our site at the link below. Get ready to RELEASE the stresses and stale energy from the week, RECHARGE our vibrational energies as we strengthen every piece of ourselves and REALIGN the mind, body and soul to empower ourselves for the week ahead. Our fun, blood-pumping cardio, bodyweight training and mindful deep stretching all in the span of an hour.
