Welcome to the Jungle, I mean 2026 👀

Hey Hey Goddess 🫶🏾✨

2026 has been quite the intense doozy thus far lol how ya holding up? Better yet, are you? (And know that it’s okay if you haven’t been)

These past few weeks have been blessing me with a much needed cleansing and purge…painful AF at times (I’m talking pain from so many places intensely and physically manifesting into something I’ve never ever experienced in my life), but so needed - filled with countless realizations, reminders, reflection and Self re-acclimation. I see and feel the era I’m stepping into and it is so brilliant, bright, warm and buzzy. And I truly believe that’s reminiscent of the state of the world.

2025 brought so much realization and clarity and now we’ve entered 2026, a Universal 1 Year in Numerology (2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 10; 1 + 0 = 1): the beginning of a new cycle, a fresh start, the ideal momentum for Self-activation and liberation from what’s no longer aligned with your highest Self. With all the illumination 2025 brought, the purge of what no longer serves us is well underway - this necessary purge and shedding that helps birth something new.

The purge is not, nor will ever be, easy - at times, the pain might feel so completely unbearable that a part of you might want to give up and accept that pain as your identity. Please know that it is temporary. And know that if you get swept up in it all, that’s okay - don’t beat yourself up. Recognize it, acknowledge it, embrace what this pain and experience is teaching/telling you, and do what you need to do to let it go, gently and compassionately release it from your body and being.

How do you safely release it? Everyone’s journey and approach is different, but at  the heart of every journey lies a recalibration of frequency — a return to the sanctuary of your own body, being, inner light & wisdom.  

In those clarifying moments when:

• You feel defeated, depleted and helpless...flirting with the intoxicating urge to give up

• all the masks you've adorned over the years crumble away

• all the wounds that have enveloped you open up

• all of the characters you’ve played disappear into thin air,

• all of the walls you’ve built retract back to their source

• all of the external happenings fade into the background and all you're left with is YOU, an unfiltered mirror of truth, the unconditional reflection of you…

I encourage you to lean in - no matter what you see. Lean into the core of your being, lean into who YOU are, embrace that reflection with open arms. Because ALL of you deserves to be loved. Lock in the feeling of embracing your Self, learn her well. And understand that when you embrace and embody your true Self, you are embracing and embodying Source, God, the ALL. Follow your light back to you. Embrace the bliss of your being.

Systems are literally crumbling because they need to - these systems that weren’t designed for our thriving are being exposed and deteriorating. These systems that are/were designed to oppress, depress and control - built on a foundation of scarcity, fear, hate and lack - are crumbling right before our eyes. Each day presents some piece of news seemingly more outlandish than the last. The world is following suit with the purge.

So, I urge you to get centered in Self and take up your space. Use your voice and shine your light unapologetically, loudly and brightly…the world needs you and your shine. Be the guide - share your light with your community and allow it to guide. We need each other right now. We need YOU, your risen, shining, vibrant and thriving YOU.
