Introducing M.O.V.E (Motivate Our Vibrational Energies)™ by GoddessFit
I’m beyond excited to introduce you to M.O.V.E! What started as an organization I started on campus during my first year of Naturopathic Medical School has grown and developed into something damn near magical. So what’s it all about?
M.O.V.E™ by GoddessFit offers a variety of movement modalities that you can use in your daily routine. Daily movement can improve your mood, lessen stress, give you energy, enhance your memory, strengthen your body AND your biology, promote better sleep, and so much more! Learn what MOVES you at our RELEASE, ALIGN, and/or POWER-UP Movement Sessions and motivate your vibrational energy with GoddessFit by Jorré!
Movement is the Secret of Life. We were born to move. Our health depends on movement, it's one of the best medicines - it can not only motivate our vibrational energies higher, but strengthen our bodies, minds and souls.
What to Expect
The mission of M.O.V.E by GoddessFit is to Motivate Our Vibrational Energies through MOVEMENT! This initiative offers participants various opportunities to incorporate movement into their routines while cultivating community among the GoddessFit Tribe. We explore various methods of movement to encourage YOU to determine what best serves YOU. From Group Fitness, Zumba, Yoga, Martial Arts, Dance, Group Expeditions (Hiking/Walking/Running etc.), and MORE, we’ll explore the importance of movement as it relates to all areas of our health and wellness.
Each M.O.V.E session will will range from thirty (30) minutes to one (1) hour and explore a different type of movement activity as we feature a variety of trainers and instructors who specialize in a range of styles.
Each session is FREE for GoddessFit Tribe members and will be delivered virtually (unless otherwise specified). Are you ready to MOVE?

We're exploring movements that release the tension and stress from the week, recharge our vibrational energies as we strengthen every piece of ourselves and realign the mind, body and soul to empower ourselves for the week ahead. You'll be guided through fun, blood-pumping cardio, bodyweight training and mindful deep stretching session. Let’s MOVE!

What You'll Need: All you’ll need for our one-hour session is yourself, an open mind, water and a yoga/exercise mat.

We're bringing it all to the mat! Recharge and align your mind, body and soul with a rejuvenating Yoga session. The moment is always upon us. And I’m beyond excited to share that I have officially started schooling to become a Naturopathic Doctor! This Goddess is in Naturopathic Medical School and is taking steps everyday to change the world and create lasting impact!
