FRESHFIT Fall - WEEK ONE!

This Fall is all about (re)igniting our Goddess and God Flames!


The first week of our FRESHFIT Fall Series was dedicated to setting a strong foundation for the successes we'll achieve throughout the Series, as we focused on self-awareness. We'll continue to lay the framework during our second week and shift our focus to self-acceptance. This week is all about GRATITUDE!


Wellness Challenge #1

This week’s Challenge is all about inviting Gratitude into our daily lives. Taking the time to observe and reflect on the things we’re thankful for can play a significant role in our well-being and overall satisfaction. With a daily Gratitude practice, we can begin to change our perception and shape the lives we want to lead!


Your Challenge: GRATITUDE BOWL

Prize: ONE FREE VIRTUAL CLASS

  • Once you wake up, grab a Sticky note or a piece of paper and write down something for which you’re grateful.

  • Place your Gratitude Sticky into your GRATITUDE BOWL. And Voila! You’ve started your day with Gratitude.

  • Do this EVERYDAY this week and watch your Bowl fill up!

What You’ll Need: 

  • Dedicate a clear container, bowl, jar, bin, vase (whatever serves you) to your Gratitude Stickies.

  • Try to be varied and specific with your Stickies - There are so many things to be grateful for - try not to repeat past Stickies! 

  • Be sure to check out our Instagram Story for inspiration and updates throughout the week!

Submission Guidelines:

  • Take a picture and tag us (@goddessfitbyjorre) on Instagram and/or Facebook* each day that you add to your bowl for a chance to win this week's prize: ONE FREE VIRTUAL CLASS!

  • *If you do not have Instagram or Facebook, feel free to submit your pictures to goddessfitbyjorre@gmail.com

    • The Winner will be determined based on Creativity and Number of Submissions (one per day)!

  • Be creative! The winner will be announced on Sunday, September 27th!


Virtual Classes


SWEAT. RELEASE. And RECHARGE with a range of GoddessFit by Jorré classes offered every week! With this virtual setting, you can build a strong body and even stronger mind out of the comfort of your own home! From Yoga to Boot Camp to Zumba and more, WE GOT YOU COVERED!


GROUP FITNESS

Class will take place on Wednesday, September 23rd from 7:30pm - 8:30pm! Last week, we focused on establishing a strong foundation by activating our CORE. We're building from there and picking up the pace. This week's class is a fat-burning, muscle-building FULL BODY Workout that will not only help us build strong bodies, but stronger minds, too! ZUMBA BY JORRÉ

Class will take place on Thursday, September 24th from 7:00pm - 8:00pm! We're continuing on in letting go, letting loose and sweating it out in style through an empowering dance-workout based in hip movement and cultural authenticity. This is a safe space to RELEASE, SWEAT out all that does not serve you, and practice GRATITUDE for your body. Let's get those hips moving, sweat glistening and Goddess vibrations poppin'! VIRTUAL YOGA

Class will take place on Friday, September 25th from 6:00pm - 7:00pm! We're continuing on in our practice of self-awareness and leaning heavily into self-acceptance. We'll focus on long-holding and fluid movements to stretch and remedy the muscles we've been using all week. Our intentional practice is designed to leave you feeling balanced and elevated. Last week, I was consistently reminded from a variety of sources, instructors and colleagues that our thoughts and our perception shape our health and our biology! That we intrinsically have the power to control our health! In managing our stress, being intentional and mindful of what we consume, and shifting our thinking, we can set ourselves up for a very healthy life. What we think, we literally become, physiologically and biologically. How empowering is that?


"Our thoughts are translated into chemistry that shape our biology and influence our longevity" (Bruce Lipton). If we can shift our thinking and operate from the role of a Creator and Self-Master of our own lives...the possibilities are endless. But how can we even begin to shift our thinking when it seems like everything around us is falling apart?


A great place to start is: GRATITUDE! Practicing gratitude every day for the things, people, experiences that shape us. Honor what you're thankful for. And honor what you're thankful for in yourself. Taking the time to observe and reflect on the things we’re thankful for can play a significant role in our well-being and overall satisfaction. With a daily Gratitude practice, we can begin to change our perception and shape the lives we want to lead!
